This Rockville model has a Mud Room extension with the Laundry appliances, but also has the mechanical room in this room extension. The entire house sits on a 4' crawl space to enable the drain down for the winter months. |

Jeff & Mel's dream home is a custom "Auburn" taken from the current Real Log Home plan book. This Design has 1260 s.f. on 1st floor, 602 s.f. on 2nd floor, and a finished basement for an additional 1260 s.f. some of the major changes we made were: Moving the garage & mud room to the other end of the house, adding a Dining Room extension; making the Master Bath larger; and adding a walk-out Balcony off the Master Bath. |
